Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the notice of the 3rd Respondent having reference Na.Ka.No.2555/2004/A10 dated 21.07.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct respondents to renew the lease of the premises, V.O.C.Park Canteen Drive-in-Restaurant, V.O.C. Compound, Coimbatore in favour of the petitioner pursuant to its letter dated 01.03.2004 requesting for extension of lease of the said premises in the name of the petitioner as the legal heir of the original lessee, Late Mrs.T.Rajalakshmi.
