O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2019 and consequently, to direct the respondents to issue the Patta of the petitioner land extent of 1.80 acres comprised in Survey No.337/2016 situated in Nanjanadu Village, Udagamandalam Taluk, Nilgiris District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that final order was passed by the second Respondent/The Commissioner of land Administration herein, Chepauk, Chennai-600005, vide proceedings in Proc.No.F1/22323/2015, dated 06.11.2020, has also produced and the same was recorded before this Court.

3. Recording the above said proceedings made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
