This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29421 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the dates as fixed by the Trial Court.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29421 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all hearing dates. 4.
