The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Memorandum No.6667/OTD-C1/Gr-1/2007 dated 21.05.2010 of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to forthwith announce the results of the petitioner for the examination conducted by the 1st respondent herein for the post of Grade-1 Service 2006-07 in respect of his Registration No.00407178.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the Memorandum No.6667/OTD-C1/Gr-1/2007 dated 21.05.2010 of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to forthwith announce the results of the petitioner for the examination conducted by the 1st respondent herein for the post of Grade-1 Service 2006-07 in respect of his Registration No.00407178. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit on instructions that pending writ petition, the petitioner produced No Objection Certificate from the 2nd respondent/Registration Department and based on the aforesaid No Objection Certificate, the writ petitioner was selected for the post of Deputy Collector and based on the provisional selection passed by the TNPSC, the petitioner was consequently joined duty on 07.02.2014. Hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, this court is inclined to dismiss this petition.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition if any is also dismissed. No costs.
