ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned C.S.R.No.644 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021 and petition enquiry is pending. He further submits that there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government (Crl.Side), this Court directs the enquiry officer to complete the CSR enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
