Prayer in W.P.No.22339 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first Respondent in Notification under Section 4(1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Adi-Dravidar Welfare Scheme Act, 1978, issued and published in Thiruvallur District Gazette, acquiring the petitioner's Lands "in Periyasoliyambakkam Village in Gummidipoondi Taluk in wet S.No.108-1A1, bounded on the North by S.No.107, East by S.No.109, South by S.No.108 1A2 and West by S.No.99/0.03.5 hectare, Areable" and quash the same so far as the petitioner's lands are concerned and direct the respondents not to interfere in the petitioner's peaceful possession of the petitioner's said land.

Prayer in W.P.N.22340 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first Respondent in Notification under Section 4(1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Adi-Dravidar Welfare Scheme Act, 1978, issued and published in Thiruvallur District Gazette, in respect of the petitioner's land of five cents out of a total extent of 0.035 hectare in Periyasoliyambakkam Village in Gummidipoondi Taluk in W.S.No.108-1A1, bounded on the North by S.No.107, East by S.No.109, South by S.No.108-1A2 and West by S.No.99 and quash the same and direct the respondents not to interfere in the petitioner's peaceful possession of the petitioner's said land.
