This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to punish the contemnor for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13118 of 2021, dated 18.08.2021. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. This Court by its order dated 18.08.2021, issued a direction to the respondent/District Collector to consider the representations dated 06.05.2021 and 19.06.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent/District Collector passed an order dated 02.11.2022 in R.C.No:7929/2021/M1 and directed the petitioner to avail the remedy offered by the Maintenance Tribunal, headed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Central Chennai Division, which was already seized of the matter, as an order dated 14.10.2022 was already passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer on the petitioner's representations on the basis of the previous directions of the respondent/District Collector dated 15.09.2022 in R.C.No.9801/2020/M1.
