ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 made a preliminary objection as regards the maintainability of the Writ Petition by the association particularly dealing with the service matters. He has also submitted that the members of the petitioner association as well as the respondents have already given due promotions and they have all attained superannuation.
2.In view of the aforesaid statement, I am of the opinion that the lis in this Writ Petition need not be adjudicated any further and accordingly the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
