referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre where the parties have arrived at a compromise. Further, submitted that the petitioner has already been convicted and sentenced in the impugned proceedings before the trial Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed as having become infructuous.
