3. The facts of this case is covered by the reported judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another].

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the First Information Report in Crime No.176 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent, is hereby quashed in entirety. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
