This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection to put up compound wall based on the complaint dated 18.02.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already this Court by an order dated 18.03.2019 in Crl.OP.No.7101 of 2019, directed the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on merits, on the complaint dated 26.02.2019. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent conducted enquiry and found that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the counterpart.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the dispute is civil in nature between the petitioner and the counterpart, in respect of constructing a boundary wall, this Court is not inclined to grant the police protection as sought by the petitioner. However the petitioner is at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
