As per the order passed by this Court on 25.10.2013, the respondent considered the request of the petitioner and rejected the same by virtue of the order dated 28.05.2014. The said order has also been challenged by the petitioner in W.P. No. 2172 of 2015 and an order of status quo has been obtained on 30.01.2015.
