ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Erode in Crl.R.C.No.31 of 2016 by an order dated 26.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1635 of 2016 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode.

2.When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the subject matter of this petition had been settled. Therefore, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
