ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to release the original parent documents to the petitioner.

respondent-Bank submitted that the original documents have been returned to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not able to get instruction from the petitioner.

4. In the light of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Bank, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
