J U D G M E N T

This second appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 19.10.2004 rendered in A.S.No.180 of 2003 on the file of the First Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, modifying the decree and the judgment dated 10.12.2001 rendered in O.S.No.1073 of 1998 on the file of the Second Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter was listed on 28.01.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted on 30.01.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today(30.01.2020), no representation for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the appellant.

3. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed. No costs.
