Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of this application and being satisfied that a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed. Consequently, the applicant is granted leave to sue respondents 1 to 3, 5 to 14, 16 to 30, 33, 35 and 36 before this Court.
