PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the market value of the seized 180 bags of paddy as per Invoice No.40, dated 02.12.1991 to the tune of Rs.37,800/- together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum by deducting the amount already paid to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.18,454/-.
