PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent which culminated in the notice Proceedings Memo No.Va Va2/15497/2009 dated 04.08.2011, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to transfer the allotment in the petitioner's favour.

The allotment of rental accommodation is sought to be transferred in favour of the legal representatives of the original allottee, in this writ petition. The original allottee died on 21.02.2001.

2.According to the respondents, allotment of rental accommodation cannot be transferred to the legal representatives.

3.Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner himself is no more and there is no instruction from his legal representatives.

4.Recording the submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
