Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Court for Pocso Act cases, Chennai to expedite the hearing in Spl.S.C.No.17/2020 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
