This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order for exemption of Court fee for a sum of Rs.5,000/- in the above CMA.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner/appellant is willing to pay the Court fee. Thus, the petitioner is permitted to pay the Court fee.

3. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered on condition to pay the Court fee within a period of three (3) weeks from today, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
