5 PICHAIPILLAI 6 MAHARAJAN Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the First and second Respondents to consider the Representation of the Petitoners dated 8.9.2020 served on the Respondents on 9.9.2020 and thereby to mutate the revenue records as its original condition and consequently forbearing the Respondents from in any manner interferring into the Possession of the Property Comprised in S. NO 464/5 of an extent of Hectare 2.27.5 situated at Anukkoor Kudikadu Village Veppanthattai Taluk Perambalur District in Pursuance to the wrong entry made in the village A register and othe revenue records within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble court.(IN W.P.NO.3075/2021)and;
(2)To issue an order of Interim Injunction restrainning the Respondents from in any manner altering the geological appearance by converting the land from Agricultural land into Cart Track etc, (in WMP.NO.3460/2021)Pending disposal of the Above Writ Petiton 3075 OF 2021 respectively.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.ILAMURUGU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.M.B.MUHILAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [This matter has been heard through video conference] This writ petition was disposed of by this court on 16.02.2021 with a direction to list the same before this court for reporting compliance. Accordingly, it is listed today for hearing.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner himself submitted that the order of this court dated 16.02.2021 has been complied with by the 2nd respondent - District Revenue Officer, Perambalur District and, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this matter. The said statement is recorded.
3. In the light of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this matter.
