ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant patta in favour of the petitioners separately, with respect to their respective portions in their occupation, in terms of the B Memos, in an extent of 2554 sq.meters, in Survey Number 442, Mugappair Village, Ambattur Taluk, in terms of their repeated representations the last one being dated 28-12-2016 and grant such further reliefs as this Court deems fit. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. With consent the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.
In view of the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 28-12-2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
