Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records on the file of the 4th respondent, dated 25.03.2008, by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings, dated 27.06.2008 and by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Ref:SZ/IR/DD, dated 02.05.2009 and quash the same by issuing a Writ of Certiorari or an other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of a Writ.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the orders dated 25.03.2008, 27.06.2008 and 02.05.2009, whereunder, punishment was imposed on the petitioner.

2. This Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 10.11.2021 and it was ordered that the name of the learned Counsel for the petitioner to be printed. Thereafter, when the matter came up for hearing on 24.11.2021, 10.12.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On 07.01.2022, the learned Counsel for the petitioner requested for time. Thereafter, when the matter came up for hearing, on 27.01.2022, it was informed by the learned 2/5

Counsel for the petitioner that they have given away the papers back to the petitioner and it was ordered that the name of the petitioners be printed. Accordingly, the name of the petitioner is printed at both the columns in the cause list.
