The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to include the name of the petitioner herein in the panel for promotion for the post of Head Master, Panchayat Union Middle School by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 27.05.2011 and pass such further orders.

O R D E R

According to the petitioner, she was not considered for promotion to the post of Headmistress and hence the present writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider her representation dated 27.05.2011, for promotion to the post of Headmistress, Panchayat Union Middle School. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been promoted as Headmistress of the Panchayat Union Middle School. Learned Additional Government Pleader also accepted to the said submission of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief before the concerned authority, if further aggrieved. No costs.
