Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order passed in W.P No.18807 of 2013 dated 10.07.2013. W.P No.18807 of 2013:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to include the petitioner in the seniority panel for the post of Tamil Pandit and give promotion to him.

J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.] The learned Government Advocate by producing a Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.95, School Education Department, dated 05.05.2015 would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal in view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent, on a perusal of the Government Order, would also submit that in view of the said order nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal.

3. The Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous on account of the subsequent events relating to the issuance of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.95, School Education Department, dated 05.05.2015.

No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
