ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1375 of 2011 registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 433, 420, 465, 466 r/w 471, 463 and 120(b), 413, 474, 477(a) r/w 101 I.P.C. as against the petitioners.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in Crime No.1375 of 2011 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Special Court for Land Grabbing cases, Egmore, Chennai.
3. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Special Court for Land Grabbing cases, Egmore, Chennai is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
return the charge sheet filed in respect of Crime No.1375 of 2011 to the respondent Police and thereafter the respondent Police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
