ORDER
This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 07.10.2022 in Spl.C.C.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimadnram, (FTMC) Udhagamandalam at Nilgiris and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 07-03-2025 (1⁄2) mfa
