RESPONDENT PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus calling for the records on the file of the Respondent herein in Proceedings Se Mu No. Rv1/3081/2477/2017 dated 06.01.2017 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner and to issue consequential directions and to reinstate the petitioner as Salesman in the TASMAC Shop Neyveli II and grant him all consequential benefits.
