ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. A report filed by the respondents 4 and 5 shows that the petitioner is an suspected accused in Crime No.207 of 2022 on the file of respondent police and the same was transferred from Ukkadam Police Station, Coimbatore City to National Investigation Agency.

In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and this Criminal original petition is dismissed.
