(in all W.Ps) Common Prayer: These writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondent from entrusting the various items of work at the Narayanapillai godown of the respondent corporation to Handling Contractors contrary to Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Act) 1970 in terms of tender notification No.DIPR/5113/Tender/08 issued in the newspaper dated 24.10.2008 with further direction to continue to employ the petitioner in handling work without disturbing the petitioner from the Narayanapillai godown.
