ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11956 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13873 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that investigation has almost completed and final report yet to be filed.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner. However, the respondent-Police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month. The petitioner is at liberty to file a relaxation petition after filing of final report.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
