This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.23 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. It is submitted that due to the dispute between father and son, a case was registered by the first respondent and now the dispute has been amicably settled between them. They have also filed an affidavit stating that the second respondent/dehttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

facto complainant has no objection to quash the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.23 of 2012.

4. In view of the above submissions made and the affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent, the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.23 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy is quashed. The petition is ordered accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
