Respondents PETITION under Section 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 1st respondent to produce the body of the detenu D.Ruben, Son of Dayakar, aged about 32 years, who is now detained under the custody of 3rd to 9th respondents, before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This matter is taken up today for disposal on a special mention by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the detenu has been secured.
2. This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the wife of the detenu D.Ruben for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he got married the detenu D.Ruben on 21.09.2015 and he went missing from 06.11.2015, in connection with which, a case in Crime No.1151 of 2015 has been registered for man missing.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu was produced before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in connection with Crime No.1151 of 2015 on 22.12.2015 and since then, the detenu is living with his parents.
5. Today, both the petitioner and the detenu are present before this Court today. On enquiry, the detenu states that on account of matrimonial discord, he went to Hyderabad along with his friends and that he is not in the illegal custody of any one. The detenu further submits that he is willing to join the petitioner.
6. Recording the above statement, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
