ORDER

When the matter was taken up, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents fairly stated that an order has been issued approving the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (History) with effect from 10.6.2013. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 13.4.2019 issued by the Chief Educational Officer, Kanyakumari in this regard.

2. Placing on record the proceedings dated 13.4.2019, this contempt petition stands closed. Needless to state that the respondents shall also clear the arrears of salary to the petitioner, as per the order passed by this Court, expeditiously.
