] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 940 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment passed by the Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thiruvallur in S.C.No.313 of 2012 dated 15.05.2018.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
