O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.02.2018 and 14.09.2018 and consequently directing the respondents to register a case against the accused in the petitioner's complaint dated 23.02.2018 and 14.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
