ORDER
(Heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 392 and 397 of IPC, in Crime No.3600 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.10.2020, the petitioner along with other persons waylaid the defacto complainant, abused him with filthy languages and tried to assault him deadly weapons and also robbed a sum of Rs.500 from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
falsely implicated in this case. However, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and five previous cases cases pending against him hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the allegations and the bad antecedent of the petitioner and also the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
