ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2022 and pass orders on the same.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the member of a registered society i.e., the Skal International Chennai, wherein, the petitioner's association was formed in the year 2001, in which, huge sums of money is being misappropriated and elections are not conducted in a proper manner. Hence the petitioner made a representation dated 20.11.2022 to the respondent seeking to renew his association and to conduct fair elections as per the bye laws of the Tamil Society Act 1975 & 1978 rule.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondent herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court.
4. On the above contention, this Court heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
5. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
