Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents made in No.AA/Thi/Mu.No.973/A3/2012, dated 17.05.2012 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of the year 2011 and 2012, for promotion to the post of Middle School Head Master within Mannargudi Panchayat Union, Thiruvarur District, based on the seniority and eligibility of the petitioner by considering the B.Lit (Tamil) degree obtained by the petitioner as valid degree by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.05.2012.
