This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015 to postpone the Trial in C.C.No.1725 of 2013 pending disposal of the transfer petition No.15507 of 2016 on the file of the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to workout his remedy in the transfer petition No.15507 of 2016 on the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
