O R D E R

This Revision is preferred against an order dismissing the petition of the revision petitioner seeking return of the Vehicle under Section 451 and 457 Cr.P.C. The vehicle involved is a four wheeler bearing Registration No.TN-11-AU-4675. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that confiscation proceedings has commenced and in view of the same, he seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the revision petition.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revision petition and accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The petitioner is now required to participate in the proceedings initiated for confiscation by the appropriate authorities.
