The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died long back, however, no steps have been taken to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as abated. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
