This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 27.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.18626 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21355 of 2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
