O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This petition has been filed by petitioner/father-in-law of the under trial prisoner viz., Mohamed Sadiq Basha @ Sadiq Basha, who is now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, seeking a direction to respondents to grant Leave for his son-in-law.

2. This Court, by an order dated 25.01.2019, has granted 2 days Leave to the detenu i.e., from 25.01.2019 at 5.00.p.m till 5.00 p.m on 27.01.2019 and directed the Registry to list the matter on 28.01.2019 for "Reporting Compliance".

3. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Special Public Prosecutor for NCB Cases for first respondent as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for second respondent.
