PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Charge Memo in R.No.089205/DA/03/S2 dated 03.06.2008 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the entire proceedings and consequentially direct the respondents to settle the terminal and monetary benefits accrued to the petitioner on his superannuation on 31.7.2003 with interest at 12% within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and grant such further or other reliefs as it may deem fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case.
