This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.01.2020 impounded in CSR.No.46/2020 dated 09.01.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.46 of 2020 was issued and after enquiry the said complaint was closed.
