This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and take action on the complaint dated 11.12.2019 given by the petitioner within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.12.2019, preliminary enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.01.2020.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not informed about the closure of the petitioner's complaint.

5. Recording the abovesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint.
