(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 506(ii) and 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.4481 of 2020, seeks bail.
2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that all the petitioners are detained under Act 14, 1982. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.
