ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Petitioner's land has been taken for laying road.

2. On contrary, the DRO by written instructions vide Na.Ka.6487/2016/B1 dated 20.06.2019, stated that the petitioner land has not been taken for laying road. The relevant paragraph is extracted hereunder :- "

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner's land is not taken for laying road as alleged by the petitioner. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
