The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent, made a submission that the respondent may be directed to furnish the documents as sought for by the writ petitioner in his representation dated 23.1.2019 and in the event of writ petitioner approaching the authorities concerned, the documents will be furnished to him.

2. Thus, it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the respondent in this regard for receiving the documents, which all are sought for in the representation dated 23.1.2019.

3. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to furnish and supply the documents if the writ petitioner has approached the respondent.
